| Welcome
to the CVM College of Pharmacy. I hope that as you view our
site you will appreciate the richness of our training program.
I strongly believe the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) course
which we are offering will provide qualified Pharmacists across
the Globe as we are focusing more on modern technologies in
rendering education.
Learning at CVM happens
in lecture halls, libraries and laboratories, tutorials, small
groups, chat rooms, the student centre, in clubs and on Internet.
We believe students learn from one another as well as their
professors. Our learning community is about discovering how
to ask the right kinds of questions, how to be critical thinkers,
and how to find unique solutions that can have an impact on
the world around every one of us.
We provide students with
diverse opportunities to be creative, and to develop a sense
of social responsibility with self-discipline. We plan to
make our students actively participate in social welfare organizations
like Rotract Club, NSS etc., which helps them to gain skills
that prepare them to assume leadership roles in the field.
During the academic phase of the program, we would like to
make our students interact with hospitals, doctors, pharmaceutical
industries to focus more towards their future prospects.
We will strive to create
a learning environment where our students are able to acquire
knowledge and advanced skills in their specialized field enabling
them to fulfill their aspirations. Above all, what CVM endeavors
is for students to have a rich and enlightened mind with a
broad understanding of how one can participate in, and contribute
to society.
Having worked in the
ERP consulting world, I can visualize the huge potential of
ERP in the Pharmacy Industry. To enable students to tap into
this bright opportunity, CVM would also provide training on
SAP IS Pharma module, which will certainly be of great use
and add another strong suit to a CVM Pharmacy graduate’s
profile. As you explore our site, you will gain insight into
the breadth and depth of our program. Please feel free to
contact us!
